Forshmak - a kind of snack. The dish represents the paste made from fish or meat with addition of additional ingredients. Use forshmak, as a rule, with small loafs, bread or toasts.

- - 100 g of apples
- - apple cider vinegar
- - white bread
- - black sprinkling pepper
- - 2 small heads of onions
Instruction
1. Take stones from a herring and miss fillet via the meat grinder. Carefully crush onions and apples a knife. From apples previously remove a thin skin and remove sunflower seeds.
2. From several slices of white bread derind. Wet pulp in warm boiled water, and then carefully knead in gruel.
3. Mix apples, fillet of a herring and bread in one capacity. It is possible to pass repeatedly all mix via the meat grinder.
4. Add a black sprinkling pepper, a small amount of apple cider vinegar and the softened butter to the turned-out paste. Mix ingredients in homogeneous mass.
5. It is necessary to serve on a table forshmak from a herring in the form of small medallions which can be decorated with halves of the cooked eggs and greens.
