It is required to you

  • - 1 kg of herring,
  • - 300 grams of onions,
  • - 100 grams of carrots,
  • - salt to taste,
  • - black sprinkling pepper to taste.

Instruction

1. Peel onions with carrots and wash out. Cut onions thin half rings or quarters (at will, it is possible also cubes). Grate carrots. Shift onions and carrots in a bowl, mix, salt and pepper to taste. Add a laurel leaflet (at will).

2. Defreeze herring, clean from scales if it is necessary, then remove an entrails and gills. If you delete an entrails, then don't cut a paunch, make cleaning through the head. Wash out the cleaned fish and dry paper towels. Salt and pepper from all directions (inside and outside). Put caviar and a vegetable stuffing (onions and carrots) in fish.

3. Spread the sheet of parchment on a table, put on it herring and densely inwrap. It is desirable to turn in two layers. Use only parchment if you take a foil, then on it when roasting microcracks through which juice will flow out will be formed.
