How to make corn fritters with garlic sauce

Corn grits is very useful and is easily acquired. It contains many vitamins. It is proved that it updates cages of an organism and promotes prevention of heart troubles.

It is required to you

  • 50 g of corn grits
  • 200 ml of milk (it is possible soy)
  • 4 teaspoons of flour
  • 100 g of sour cream
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of a soy-bean sauce
  • 1 cucumber
  • 200 g of a natural yoghourt
  • 2-3 garlic gloves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instruction

1. We fill in in a pan corn grits with milk and we leave it to bulk up about 10 minutes. Then we add sour cream, we mix and we cook on weak fire a little. We remove from fire, we cool.

2. We mix flour, eggs, a soy-bean sauce and pepper, we add to cornmeal mush and we mix. We leave for 15 minutes to be defended.

3. We warm a frying pan with oil and we spread on it a fritter spoon. If your dough turned out thinnish, add a little more flour. We fry fritters on both sides till ruddy color.

4. For sauce we mix yogurt, salt, pepper, the squeezed-out garlic and the grated cucumber. We give with fritters.
