Warm arugula and pine nuts pumpkin salad

Pumpkin with pine nuts creates an interesting flavoring combination which is ideal for warm salad. Cooking of such salad won't take a lot of time you, you will be able to give it and to a holiday table, and by a usual family lunch. Surely use a desi thanks to which pumpkin will become more gentle in this recipe, will get a ruddy crust in the course of cooking.

It is required to you

  • For two portions:
  • - 400 g of pumpkin;
  • - 100 g of cream cheese;
  • - 2 tablespoons of pine nuts;
  • - 2 tablespoons of a desi;
  • - 2 tablespoons of olive oil;
  • - 1 bunch of arugula;
  • - pinch of a dried oregano;
  • - black pepper, salt.

Instruction

1. At first peel pumpkin, remove all seeds, cut pulp with small pieces.

2. Lay a baking tray paper for pastries.

3. Lay out pumpkin, salt, pepper, strew dried an oregano, sprinkle olive oil. Put desi pieces.

4. Bake 15 minutes at 200 OS. Cooking can take less time - everything depends on your oven.

5. Lay out arugula leaves, warm pumpkin, cream cheese on portion plates.

6. Strew salad with pine nuts, water with oil which at you will remain after roasting of pumpkin. Don't wait until pumpkin cools down - at once give on a table!
