It should be added dried or fresh fruit, berry juices, nuts and even crumbs of cookies to jelly. All these ingredients will make a dish even more tasty and interesting.

Sour cream jelly with prunes

The dessert can be made of sour cream of any fat content. Prunes should be wetted in advance, and then to drain water. Instead of plums it is possible to use dried apricots, raisin, a dried figs or cherry. Also jelly with mix from dried fruits turns out tasty.

Cut 150 g of prunes on small pieces. Wet 20 g of edible gelatin in several spoons of cold water, and then, stirring slowly, dismiss on fire. Slightly cool the dissolved gelatin. Shake up 500 g of sour cream with 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 h a spoon of vanilla sugar. It is the best of all to use the mixer - mix will turn out magnificent and air.

Sourish sour cream is perfectly combined with sweet berries - for example, with raspberry. It is better to prepare such dessert in wide glasses or transparent ice-cream bowls in which layers of delicacy will be well visible. The specified quantity of products will be enough for 3 portions. Fill in 2 tablespoons of gelatin with couple of spoons of water. Put mix on a plate and, stirring slowly, dissolve gelatin. Cool it. Wipe 200 g of fresh raspberry through a sieve, lay several large beautiful berries for ornament.300 of ml of low-fat sour cream shake up with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of vanillin. Pour in gelatin and once again mix. Spread out weight on glasses or ice-cream bowls and place in the fridge for hardening. In 3 hours lay out raspberry puree over jelly and again put a dessert during cold. Give, having decorated every portion with berries of raspberry and leaves of fresh mint.
