One of the most universal and at the same time simple recipes means roasting of meat with vegetables.

To make beef with vegetables, it is required to us: half a kilogram of fast beef without streak, potatoes half a kilogram, two bulbs of the average size, 50 grams of a hard cheese, a bunch two garlic gloves, 150 grams of sour cream, salt and pepper to taste is fresher than some greens.

  • Cut meat across fibers small columns and fry it from all directions in a frying pan, before emergence of a ruddy crust. •   In the same place fry small cut onions, the davleny or small cut garlic, salt all this and pepper. •   With meat and onions add sour cream to a frying pan and stew everything together under a cover on slow fire within five minutes. •   Cut the peeled potatoes in small cubes, salt and mix. After that check readiness of potatoes and if the dish is ready, give it hot directly in pots. Shortly before readiness strew meat from above with a grated cheese and fresh greens.
