Instruction
1. The metering device located in electric guard on stair landing is the property of suppliers of energy resources. For all consumers without exception standard electric counters with one tariff are installed. If you are going to replace the device with more modern model with two, three tariffs which cannot enter in parameters standard box of electric guard, file petition to the power supplying company.
2. Show the passport, documents of title of the apartment. Within 1 month you will be given specifications (permission) on the basis of which you will be able to carry out dismantling of the old metering device and to install the new electric counter.
3. After dismantling the representative from department of consumers of the power supplying company is obliged to draw up the statement of write-off and to record the last meter readings.
4. Installation of the new metering device can be conducted independently, observing specifications, or to sign the contract with the licensed electrician who will establish everything according to rules.
5. According to rules of installation, the electric counter has to be at distance of 80-170 cm from floor height, in the available place, in the maximum proximity from input cable.
6. As soon as you have installed the electric counter, address suppliers, call the controller who will draw up the statement of input of the device in operation and will seal it.
7. At payment of the electric power on two or three tariffs the old contract with suppliers of energy resources becomes invalid. For the conclusion of the new contract address to department of consumers with the passport, documents of title of the apartment, specifications and the old contract. With you will renew the contract for payment.
