The unusual dish has amazing taste and a unique appearance. Can serve both as a garnish, and an independent dish.

It is required to you

  • - potatoes (7 pieces);
  • - Parmesan cheese (200 g);
  • - desi (100 g);
  • - black pepper (1/3 h spoon);
  • - paprika (1/3 h spoon).


1. We cook mashed potatoes. We cook the peeled potatoes in the added some salt water with a small piece of a desi.

2. When potatoes cooked, we drain a part of water. We add a little more desi, salt and we pound potatoes before formation of homogeneous air mass.

3. We add a red and black sprinkling pepper to ready puree.

4. We rub on an average grater a Parmesan cheese (this grade of cheese helps a dish to hold a form when baking). We add cheese to puree and it is carefully stirred to homogeneous mass. We fill with the received mix the syringe for cream.

5. We cover a baking tray with paper for confectionery and we squeeze out from the syringe small portions of puree with cheese. We try to give to portions a type of a leg-base crabmeat.

6. We put a baking tray in the warmed oven and we bake potato leg-base crabmeats about 10 minutes. It is possible to judge readiness of a dish on the reddened edges of leg-base crabmeats. At this moment it is necessary to pull out a dish from an oven and to give to a table.
