Tasty dish of the Russian ethnic cuisine. Lentil – not only a tasty product, but also very useful, well-known for high content of protein and iron. Any hostess will be able to prepare without special work a dish for an hour.
It is required to you
- - 200 g of black lentil (but it is possible to use any);
- - 1 sweet paprika;
- - 2 bulbs of the average size;
- - 50-60 g of dried tomatoes;
- - 3-4 garlic gloves;
- - 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil;
- - 2 carrots;
- - black pepper;
- - salt;
- - red hot pepper to taste.
Instruction
1. Prepare all necessary ingredients on a kitchen table. Wash out and clean the vegetables which are available for you. Grate carrots. Small chop paprika and onions.
2. Start anew to fry onions. When onions have a golden shade, add to it carrots. Cut tomatoes and crush garlic.
3. With onions and carrots add dried tomatoes and pepper to a frying pan, fill in with a half of a glass of boiled water, cover and give 3 minutes will be extinguished. Then add lentil, fill in all with boiled water and you cook on small fire.
4. In 5 minutes prior to full readiness add garlic, salt and pepper to your taste. Spread out a ready-to-eat meal on plates and you can give both to guests, and the family.
