The main component pizzas - thin crust, olive oil, cheese and tomatoes.
It is required to you
- For the test:
- - 500 g of flour;
- - 1 tsps of yeast;
- - 1 glass of boiled warm water;
- - 2 tablespoons of oil of an olive;
- - salt to taste.
- For a stuffing:
- - 1 packing of mozzarella;
- - 2 tablespoons of tomato paste;
- - 1 zucchinis;
- - 1 paprika;
- - 1 onion;
- - 2 tomatoes;
- - 1 head of garlic;
- - seasonings;
- - salt and pepper to taste;
- - 1 tablespoons of oil of an olive.
Instruction
1. At first we mix yeast, flour and salt. In a separate bowl we mix water and oil. We connect liquid to flour mix and we knead dough. We put it on a table and we knead 3-5 minutes.
2. We shift dough in a bowl and we water it with olive oil. We cover a bowl with a film and we allow it to infuse half an hour until dough doesn't rise.
3. After dough rose, again we knead it 5-10 minutes. We roll dough in a thin circle, we put it on a baking tray. We fill with a stuffing.
4. For preparation of a stuffing we will cut pepper, tomatoes and mozzarella on small pieces. We will put them in a form, we will add olive oil and posypy seasonings. We bake them in an oven of 30 minutes at a temperature of 210 degrees.
5. We will grease with tomato paste a basis, upward we will put vegetables and mozzarella. Again we bake in an oven of 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees.
6. We will decorate ready pizza with greens and we will give to a table.
