Having prepared blackcurrant wine, you will be ready always to unexpected arrival of guests or to arrival of relatives. There is nothing better as drinks of own preparation and the grown-up berries on your seasonal dacha.

It is required to you

  • - blackcurrant of 3 kg;
  • - sugar of 3 kg;
  • - water of 7 l.
  • Large bottle on 10 liters, a rubber glove.

Instruction

1. Touch currant, don't wash, on a thin skin berries have natural yeast. Crush via the meat grinder or in the blender. Previously boil water and cool. Put the crushed berries in a large bottle, add sugar, pour in waters to a bottle coat hanger, having left the place for fermentation.

2. Put on a rubber glove a neck and tie an elastic band. Put a large bottle in a black package, hiding from sunshine. When the glove is inflated, properly, carefully pierce on it one finger with a needle and let out the air. The most important is not to tear a glove, otherwise vinegar will turn out instead of wine.

3. Temperature at wine fermentation has to be not less 22-24os (very important to observe temperature condition). Wine will be ready in 3-4 months.

4. Merge wine through a hose, pour on bottles a baking plate a neck. Send ready wine to a cellar or the fridge for 3 days. If there is a deposit, to filter. Store domestic wine in the dark cool place.
