Sometimes at the working Internet access only the certain website or even the separate page on it does not open. Measures which in this case should be undertaken depend on the reason of unavailability of the page.
Instruction
1. If you enter the full address of the page manually, for example, having seen the link in the printing edition, check whether characters you correctly gathered everything. Even the typo in only one of them will result in impossibility of loading of the document. Do not confuse a capital letter of O with zero, a lowercase letter of l (L) - from a capital letter of I (i), etc. Also the possibility that in the address which you read the typo is initially had is not excluded or the reference is old, and the document was moved. In this case pass to the main page of the website and try to find the page in one of its sections.
2. If it is not possible to follow the link from one page to another, located on the same website, it means that the address of the second document is specified incorrectly. Also the owner of a resource could move the page, and then forget to change the link to it. Find on the website in the section "Contacts" of coordinate of the owner of a resource and report to him about an error.
3. At the wrong page display the reason can consist in its incompatibility with the browser used by you. Try to open its other browsers which are available on the computer.
4. Even at the correct page display its separate elements can not work. If it happened, check whether plug-ins of Java, Flash, Silverlight are installed on the computer (in Linux - Moonlight), whether processing of JavaScript is included in the browser. Install a necessary plug-in or recustomize the browser.
5. Having found out that in attempt of opening of the document instead of it the notification on existence on it extremist materials is shown, immediately leave the page. If such notification is displayed in attempt to open any page of the website, and not just certain, your provider uses the outdated hardware-software complex blocking not full URL, but domain names. Report about it in support desk of the company. If upgrade does not follow, and it is required to browse on the website other pages, for example, for work, it is recommended to replace provider.
